UI Designer

到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 As a UI Designer you will 1. Focus on working with the Belmont design team to build great visual design specifications and hand the design off to the engineering team 2. Collaborate with engineering teams and Product teams to resolve any implementation issues and come up with solutions 3. Work with engineers to monitor every build to make sure we are staying on track with specs and report on any deviations making recommendations to minimize the impact of those deviations 4. Put together the release summary 5. Ability to create illustrations 6. Promote a culture of empathy for the end user as seen through the focus on business objectives 7. Communicate your ideas to a broad audience Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university in a Computer Science Interaction Design andor Visual Communication Design discipline 2. 3 years of experience in digital product development such as apps desktop web andor digital ecosystems 3. Experience on cross-functional design and development teams creating web-based products 4. Proficiency in key design applications and the knowledge of when to use which tools 5. Pen and paper whiteboard and marker 6. Able to speak and write in English 7. Visual design tools including Sketch Illustrator 8. Prototyping tools including Sketch Abstract inVision Principle Preferred Qualifications: 1. M.S. in Computer Science Interaction Design Visual Communication design or a related field or equivalent degree 2. 1-2 years of experience as UX practitioner (visual designer interaction designer) on both consumer and enterprise applications 3. AgileScrum experience 4. Communication tools including Glip Slack and Google Suites 5. Have experience in design for enterprise or backend products 6. Working experience in transnational collaboration 7. Have experience studying or working abroad
