到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 Job Responsibilities - Partner with Pharmaceutical business team and provide valuable suggestions of IT digital solutions to improve the current business process as an internal consultant as well as to influence and well manage the expectation of business leaders. - Analyze complexity business requirements come from business by working closely with JJT team to define the digital solution architecture technology roadmap to support the delivery of solutions and services tackling the defined business priorities - Manage IT projects or resources ensuring business outcomes. - Assure solution deliverables with Agile methodology as well as managing digital products through its lifecycle in DevOps manner - Stay informed on new IT technology and IT solution trends and contributes to IT and business strategy development. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience; - 3 Years Related Experience in digital solution; - End to end life cycle experience of digital application in at least one of the following businessfunctional areas e-commerce customer facing applications health care related technology; - Proven working experience in project management; - Well understanding in the commercial digital technology trends; - Excellent customer facing and interpersonal skills; - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing with both English and Chinese; - Ability to think in broadly and deeply within assigned area(s) and to easily shift from one to the other; - Ability to influence others without relying on direct reporting relationships;
