到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 职责描述： The role is responsible for effective provisioning installationconfiguration operation and maintenance of systems hardware software and related hosting services in Great China: Perform hands-on server infrastructure support in large enterprise environments (more than 50 servers) including system administration server patching supporting upgrades and resolution of production problems in a timely manner for operational systems. Maintain upgrade and implement improvements to the VMWare vCenter ESXi Hyper-V infrastructure. Maintain VM templates for building servers in the virtual environment. Manage available virtual and storage resources within the infrastructure environment. Developing and executing deployment packages for deploying automating monitoring and supporting high-availability Windows Linux servers and applications in cloud hosted environments (Azure Cloud). Develop scripts and utilize industry standard tools for Windows system automation for creation and update of virtual machines using PowerShell; Python and overall Linux shell script. Highly skilled and knowledgeable in industry-standard tools architecting systems with automation for security scalability reliability and performance Troubleshooting issues (backup failures system accessibility problems poor system performance network connectivity problems file transfer failures high resource utilization scenarios unanticipated system reboots etc.) Participate the IT infrastructure projects implementation in Great China region. As a level 3 escalation interface to provide the troubleshooting resolution for service support team. Assist with maintenance of departmental documentation (e.g. run books policies procedures processes inventories). Ensure all the implementation processes comply with IT governance policies Perform after hour maintenance and emergency on call work as needed. 任职要求： Bachelors degree or equivalent education 5 years experience building and maintaining system automation and batchshell scripting 5 years experience with Windows Linux Server VMware Storage administration in co-located facilities managed virtual andor in public and private clouds. Understanding of provisioning and hypervisor platforms like VMWare to deploy virtual servers. Prefer to have the expert experience with deployments using: o Azure Cloud IAAS o Windows Power Shell or SCCM Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery methods for complex applications deployed in multiple regions. Creative problem solving skills that require minimum supervisory prompting Must be able to analyse and problem solve complex technical issues with minimal supervision Additional Requirements Early morning or late night standby may be required Great communication skills both written and oral polite and friendly manner both written and verbal in English (need to involve regional global team for support project) Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups. Ability to follow process and create process where there is none.
