Job Responsibilities: Manage Service support and SLA performance for all applications platforms (SAP Salesforce Workday O365 Integrations Proximity Appian Avaya cloud SaaS solutions etc.) for China and Asia Pacific region (APA) countries Work very closely with head quarter based teams located in Finland and ensure successful adoption of central AMS (application management support) model spanning across service integration service management change release management and test management services in China and APA region Co-operate with Global Service Project and Release Managers to oversee and track project and releases are going according IT processes Driving close cooperation with IT regional head and engaging business units and stakeholders Ensuring continuous satisfaction of business stakeholders with clear communication on service performance and development Verify that transition and operation are compliance with ITIL together with Service Integration Oversee Service platform Compliance for security Access Authorization and processes together with global service management Act as an regional point of contact for common portfolio global projects and business stakeholders Developing and managing centrally selected IT supplier(s) relationships in your own areas region Drives KPI development and follow up on regional performance of IT supplier(s) across those agreed KPIs Keeping current with trends and issues in the IT industry Requirments: Minimum 15 years experience in IT development and service management field Fluency in written and spoken English and native Mandarin Virtual direct reporting team leading skills Solid IT process knowledge with very good ITIL understanding Practical knowledge and experience on IT process development and service roll outs Proactive and process mind set Experience of subcontractor management Practical experience Service build up and deployment Strong experience in leadership and matrix organizations Strong experience in supplier collaboration with off-shoring model Strong experience in working in international environment with stakeholders distributed globally Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders (both written and oral) Strong Change Management skills Excellent problem solving team collaboration skills
