They will seek your advice on products and services that will make their webpage the most bad ass version that it can be Required: 1) Accomplished experience selling and servicing technology products or services to small businesses and consumers is a strong plus 2) Consult recommend and enable the right online product and service strategies to help customers with their business or personal needs 3) Knowledge of internet social media andor small business is highly preferred 4) Excellent spoken and written communication 5) Strong interpersonal skills to include proven rapport building and sales techniques 6) Ability to deliver stellar customer service across multiple channels of contact including phone email and chat 7) Meet or exceed expectations through a metrics driven performance standard.
