职责描述: Role Synopsis This role is to manage onsite Human Resources activities for BP WOFE to maximize the organizations potential. Responsible for implementation of all human resources activities. Provide leadership coaching and effective onsite support to drive business strategy in accordance with organization objectives. This HR Executive will sit in WOFE leadership team and act as BP HR representative. Roles Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of HR strategies targets and action plans in line with WOFE vision and goals. Provide local talent market intelligence to help shape the effective talent attraction strategy to set up the workforce and ensure smooth business operation. Implement all recruitment activities including consolidating and analysing recruitment needs handing assessment interview and offering process coordinating vetting and medical check process designing effective onboard program to improve candidatenew hires onboard experience. Implement the organizational capability build programs to ensure the right and competitive capabilities enhancement in a sustainable way. embed the talent management process and tools in the WOFE to ensure a healthy succession pipeline to strengthen WOFE people capability. Support the deployment of WOFE HR systems policies and procedures for both onsite and offsite as well as maintaining the daily operation of employee life cycle activities. Implement the performance management process to support the achieving of business goals and drive the performance culture across all levels in WOFE. Implement and improve compensation model at both offsite and onsite level including specific incentive programs. Deal with various employee relation matters in a professional manner and lead the engagement activities to promote positive company culture and build the best working environment. Work with office assistant to ensure the effective admin operation of WOFE office. 任职要求: Requirements University Bachelor degree major in HR management or business administration preferred 5 years experience in full spectrum of human resources activities in multinational companies with advanced knowledge in talent acquisition and talent management. Familiar with China labour law and local social insurance practice. Strategic thinking capability Strong influencing skills and team spirits. Ability to drive things forward and performance oriented. Ability to work in a matrix organization. Proactive organized and willing to learn. Previous experience in oil gas retail business FMCG or consumer industry preferred.
