到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 Main Purpose and Job Scope This job contributes to Starbucks success by work closely with business and TS stakeholders to understand requirements and to deliver infrastructure solutions that ensure system stable scalable and maintainable to support fast growing business. Responsible for define the 3-5 years strategic platform including network storage computing and cloud vision; manage project delivery on time and in budget; deep cross functional cross platform support escalation for complex infrastructure related solutions; gain a thorough understanding of Starbucks China systems then find the weak points and recommend ways to improve IT infrastructure and system architecture. - Managing and coordinating the IT architect design and implementation. - Maintain monitor and support the IT infrastructure and operation. - Building and managing relationships with venders. - Ensure best practice be applied to IT services and delivered to end users. - Coordinate IT related projects delivery. Key Accountabilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: - Design overall system architecture developing strategy and plan matching business strategy. - Design and deployment of information systems according to organizations goals needs and objectives. Create architecture scope definition construction and execution. - Maintain current knowledge of all relevant infrastructure technology developments and seek opportunities to deploy new technologies that benefit the organization and users - Provide technical leadership on network storage system，virtualization and security areas including serving as a resource to the project team by evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues - Identify areas for improvement in service delivery quality (processes skills reporting tools etc.) - Ensure compliance with operational key performance indicators. Develop and provide accurate business and IT service level agreements (SLA) and metrics including response time first call resolution individual and team statistics. - Document and communicate the status of progress against plans taking corrective action as necessary - Building and managing relationships with venders that supply products and services to our organization. To ensure that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality products and services on time. - Manage IT vendor partners to ensure timely quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services. - Lead and share project management IT technology and tools best practice with team members. Requirements Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: - Ability to identify and define infrastructure architecture components as new requirements arise - Ability to design and develop cost effective solutions that meet functional technical and performance requirements - Ability to identify gaps and omissions in the end-to-end solution - Ability to identify clarify and resolve system maintenance activity issues and risks escalating them as needed - Ability to review technical documentation to verify compliance with business requirements and established architectural standards and guidelines - Ability to design and develop cost effective solutions that meet functional technical and performance requirements - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Strong hands-on experience on Storage and Virtualization. - Better to have CISCO Microsoft Linux certificates such as CCNPMCITPRHCE. - PMP ITIL and TOGAF certified are highly recommended.
