Job Summary and Mission Lead digital loyalty and payment team to deliver loyalty and payment solution and platform and work as the digitalloyalty and Payment senior manager which plays a critical role in Starbucks China Technology team and act as a core partner to support SBUX Digital and loyalty and payment business growth. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Lead digital loyalty and payment team to dilver loyalty and payment solution and platform to enable loyalty program growth and enable stable and secure transaction in-store and on-line. Fully engage with digital loyalty and payment business stakeholders to understandexplore the requirements or opportunities which align the strategic roadmap. Work closely with digital product team as well as AliTencent 3rd party teams to move on the backend solution design and implementation in order to fulfill the needs of PRD aligned. Serves as a major contact window between digital loyalty and payment business and technical solutiondelivery teams. Lead the project delivery (including multiple vendors resources crossly) to land the solution referring to the project plan. Supports the QAmonitoring and ReleaseChange management. Ensures effective release planning and execution and conducts effective dependency management. Manage IT vendor partners to ensure timely quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services. Provide technical guideline and consultancy to DevOps support team as needed in troubleshooting related problems. Build digital service center in Middle layer to provide reusable and scalable services for loyalty and payment projects. Summary of Experience: 5 years of experience in team building and management. 10 years of applied information technology related experience including 3 to 5 years of project management experience. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digitalecommerce domain particularly the deep understanding of digital eco systems such as the partnership with Ali Tencent. Have the project experiences in loyalty and payment (online to offline) domain. Have the solution design experience to cover the integration with AliTencent open platform as well as the loyalty and payment domain. Considerable experience in architecting configuring and deploying multi-tiered server environments. Comprehensive integration experience in following digital components but not limited to: CRM Payment gatewayPromotion POS etc. Good Experience in roadmap process and standard management Good Experience in vender management Good Experience in project scope timeline and budget management Good vendor management strategy and knowledge to manage multiple vendors Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Strong programproject management skills to develop and deploy large-scale digital solutions for millions of users (planning risk and issue management) Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests in a complex and fast-paced environment; Strong analytical prioritization and troubleshooting skills. Strong team leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team and hold team accountable for deliverables. Excellent communication skillsets and business mindsets. Excellent written and oral MandarinEnglish communication skills are mandatory in this fast-paced multi-tasking environment Hold PMP qualification would be advantageous Education: BS degree in computer science or equivalent field plus 10years experience.
