Assistant Manager IT Compliance

到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 China is a highly regulated market with multiple governing authorities who frequently audit financial institutions and request information and demand action items. In addition to the external regulations there are BMW Group internal compliance requirements and Internal Control System (ICS) that needs to be managed. This position is responsible to manage all BMW compliance and ICS related tasks for SF5 IT and represent HIL in terms of IT security and risk. 职责描述： Support central IT compliance departments for BMW Group compliance requirements and reporting and DPA sign-off trigger and tracking. Continuously identify regulatory gaps and guide SF5 IT teams to define and implement mitigation actions. Provide IT compliance consultancy on all projects activities for SF5 region. Support IT compliance initiatives and projects for the whole region. Steer regional IT processes and ICS management across markets maintain process overview and ICS repository for the whole region. Act as ICS delegate to conduct regular sample tests and reporting. Overall lead IT security and risk for HIL. 任职要求： Bachelor or above in Computer Science or equivalent Familiar with financial industry especially CBIRC and PBOC regulations. Experience in working on IT internal control and process management. Comprehensive IT knowledge on project maintenance infrastructure and operations. Documentation and presentation skills in both English and Chinese People management skills Communication skills and decision making capability. Excellent team player and can work within a team with diversity. Language capability: Chinese and English. Experience in IT compliance or audit（4-6 Years） Experience with internal control management Experience in manager role Business and IT operations
