到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 Major Responsibilities Responsible for delivery and management of assigned IT Projects for system and business improvements. Delivery of IT Project Manager tasks as per ITPM guidelines and manage project to achieve time budget scope and resource planning. Define project scope and work packages for FG related topics including arrangement and preparation of required tools and infrastructure for the project. Responsible for financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions Manage the smooth turnover of each project into the business and the IT operation Ensure adherence to SLA agreed with business with regard to the projects assigned Ownership for delivery of tasks assigned to FG vendors. Ensure adherence of deliverables as per contract signed with vendor. Responsible for following ITPM process during life cycle of the project including managing and providing signoff for gateways. Ensuring adherence of project framework to SF3-CN HIL IT landscape while defining the interfaces development of new modules as part of assigned projects Effective management of resources allocated to the project both within IT(vendor included) and business Support business in management of project as necessary Manage to create all necessary contract with internal and external partner Responsible for managing GRIPPS process (creation is full responsibility updates are shared responsibility) Other responsibilities - As assigned Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector in Automotive Finance industry Solid technical background with understanding andor hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel word outlook access PowerPoint Project) Excellent in building and maintaining relationships with third partiesvendors Excellent in budget management spanning multiple projects Excellent in risk management spanning mul
