objectives of the Position The Digital New Marketing Project Manager plays a vital role in shaping how LOral China facilitate generate and execute great consumer experiences in Omni channel by both creating new digital applications and platforms and supporting new implementations. The role has responsibility to deliver digital EC brand sites and customer engagement projects and to support business teams requirements in a correct deployment cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements for consumers interacting with the LOral brands products and services. Requirements: Drive EC platform projects across all divisions for different brands including WeChat official account mini program etc. Track the multiple digital projects end to end make sure project is always on track with high quality Closely work with business team to design customer digital experience to help business team to understand digital consumption habits browsing behaviors content preference analysis commentary analysis. Have practical experiences with all types of common API types. Experienced in using commonly public clouds such as Ali Cloud Microsoft Azure Proactively explore existing and emerging digital IT solutions and tools that are relevant and helpful to corporate business growth on new campaign and retail. Manage related vendors also internal teams on project delivery including requirement analysis system design coding QA deployment and maintenance according to corporate standard process SLA KPI and best practices Develop and maintain strong working relationship with business team IT teams at globalzoneChina level to ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with the LOral IT standard and strategy Manage the project timeline quality budget and resources Manage change requests incidents service requests within budget and set priorities Ensure all projects compliance with security and privacy requirement
