到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 Main objective: promote the alignment of the sourcing strategy with the ISIT strategy act as a change agent in the Zone and perform day to day operational activities Main responsibilities include : Sourcing strategy management Formalize the IT sourcing strategy for each activity (insourceoutsource globalregional) Classify rationalize and optimize the vendor portfolio and concentrate efforts on managing the most strategic vendors in collaboration with IT Purchasing Contribute to the alignment of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) approach across the organization Supplier Strategy and Supplier Innovation Follow and formalize key suppliers strategies Define clear targets for value creation in collaboration with the Zone IT executives the Purchasing Department the Finance Department and suppliers senior executives Align joint investments and shared risks with appropriate engagement model Review initiatives fostering innovation and track progress during formal Business Reviews Contract and Financial Management Perform rigorous review of financial management including spend demand and forecast management. Review Change orders and support IT Purchasing Department during negotiations Service Improvements and Risk Management Conduct monthly or quarterly business reviews and oversee strategic vendors overall performance actively engaging with the LOreal Service Delivery Managers rating where it applies the resources performance against multiple criteria assuring LOreal is continually getting the best team to ensure SLAs Develop action plan(s) to address supplier improvement areas in coordination with global purchasing initiatives findings (SBWA and SRM) Assess and report on the risk level of vendors based on financial skills tools and the use of third parties Plan for any vendor audits to be conducted Transformation Drive IT sourcing transformation activities in the Zone according to the stream leader action plan Required Skills : Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with at least 5 being involved in vendor management including management of third-party vendors sourcing initiatives and financial expertise. Deep market knowledge of IT products and services (software hardware and outsourcing) and current trends (cloud digital and agile) An ability to determine contractual and financial exposure and aid with contract negotiation and develop the vendor management mission goals and objectives Strong process management skills with the ability to handle multiple vendors and a wide range of tasks Ability to bridge communications between the IT organization Finance organization purchasing organization and its customers with a focus on developing an understanding of what the IT organization and its vendors can deliver and how that can be measured most effectively Expertise using strategic sourcing framework to drive sourcing decisions and cost efficiencies via sourcing rationalization Strong packaging and presentation skills with the ability to analyze and explain pricing models and PL impact to senior management Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions Excellent relationship management skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively with senior management
